Changing employment at Pyszne.pl: how to do it step by step

12 July 2026 4 min. czytania

Pyszne.pl is ending its agency-based courier hiring model – from August 2026, deliveries will be made by couriers billed by fleet partners. The CEO of Pyszne.pl confirmed the change in an interview with “Rzeczpospolita.” If you deliver for Pyszne, in practice, you only have to choose a fleet partner and sign a contract with them before your group’s transition date. The good news: you don’t have to pay any contract costs – you won’t pay a penny for the transition, signing the contract, and activation. Below is the entire step-by-step process.

Just planning to become a Pyszne.pl courier? This guide is for current couriers— if you’re starting from scratch, read: Working at Pyszne.pl—How to Become a Courier in the New Model.

Step 0. Don’t wait for your city’s date to be announced

Migration is taking place in groups, city by city, live from August 2026. Note: You won’t know the exact date of your city’s migration until a few days in advance—so don’t wait until the announcement to choose a partner. Signing the contract, filing with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and activating your account take time. Formalities completed early = zero risk of supply disruptions.

We have described what exactly is changing and why on the website: fleet partner Pyszne.pl — changes 2026.

Step 1. Choose a fleet partner

This is the most important decision in the entire process—your fleet partner will sign a contract with you, settle deliveries, and pay you. Not sure what to look for? We’ve prepared a guide with 7 questions worth asking every company (including us): How to Choose a Fleet Partner for Your Courier? 7 Questions + Checklist.

Why couriers choose Natviol:

  • Quick start – the entire process will be carried out by our specialists in 5 offices (Warsaw, Łódź, Bydgoszcz, Tricity, Tomaszów Mazowiecki) or fully online
  • Everything in one place – connection to the platform, contract, settlement, financial application
  • Human support – hotline, Telegram contact, support in Polish, Ukrainian and Russian
  • PLN 120 to start – for the first 50 orders completed within a month from the launch (for Pyszne.pl couriers)
  • Vehicle rental – electric bike or scooter; when riding a bike from Natviol, you receive a PLN 0.55 surcharge for each delivered order

Step 2. Prepare your documents

To sign a contract of mandate with a partner, prepare:

  • identity document (ID card or passport),
  • PESEL number (if you don’t have one, we’ll help you figure out what to do),
  • bank account number for withdrawals,
  • foreigners: a document confirming legal stay and the right to work (e.g. visa, residence card, temporary protection) – if you have doubts about your situation, at Natviol we help you legalize your stay and work; ask a consultant before you sign anything,
  • students up to 26 years of age: ID card or certificate of student status (thanks to this, you will benefit from exemption from contributions and tax – net ≈ gross).

Step 3. Apply and sign the contract

In Natviol it looks like this:

  1. Leave your contact details in the form or call us – the consultant will discuss the terms, answer your questions (including the full settlement costs) and review your documents.
  2. Sign a contract of mandate—remotely or in the office. There’s no fee for signing the contract, registering with ZUS (Social Insurance Institution), or activating it—these costs are the partner’s responsibility. When signing, decide whether you want to include voluntary sickness insurance (without it, you’re not entitled to sickness or injury benefits—it’s worth considering this when working on the road).
  3. We register you with ZUS and complete the formalities.

Step 4. Account activation and transfer to a fleet partner

After activation, you’ll receive confirmation and instructions from us. If you need a thermal bag, you can purchase one at one of our five locations or we’ll mail it to you.

Step 5. Slots and first delivery in the new model

Slots remain—you still book hours based on your availability. New: you’ll be able to declare your availability for the following week on Thursday and Friday, so keep an eye on this window to grab the best hours. The second difference is in the pay: you’re paid for completed deliveries, not hours. Two practical tips to get you started:

  • Choose slots during peak hours (lunchtimes, evenings, weekends) – in the new model, an hour without orders is an hour without pay, so it’s the number of deliveries that counts, not the number of hours online.
  • Count your costs—especially with your car (fuel, depreciation). Compare your net earnings based on costs, not the app’s totals.

Step 6. Settlements and withdrawals

After each billing period, you’ll see your statement in your dashboard; funds will be transferred according to your chosen payment option. With Natviol, monthly billing is always free; each additional billing in the same month costs PLN 30. We always send your PIT-11 form by the end of February for the previous year.

Frequently asked questions

Does switching to a fleet partner cost anything? No. The costs of a mandate contract—signing it, reporting it to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and activating the account—are not borne by the courier. However, additional services from the partner (e.g., more frequent settlements or vehicle rental) may incur a fee—so always ask for a full price list. At Natviol you will find it in the 7 Questions guide.

What if I don’t make it to my city’s deadline? If you don’t sign the contract before your city moves, you won’t be able to make deliveries until you do. You won’t know the deadline until a few days beforehand, so choose your fleet partner now and finalize the paperwork ahead of time.

Can I change my partner if I am dissatisfied? Yes—notify your current partner of your intention to terminate the relationship and sign a contract with your new partner. It’s worth comparing the terms beforehand: our 7-question checklist will help you do this.

Can I deliver in other apps at the same time? Yes—at Natviol, we also bill couriers from Glovo, Wolt, Uber Eats, Bolt Food, and Stuart. You can combine platforms under one contract with us.

I don’t have my own vehicle. You can rent an electric bike (with an additional PLN 0.55 per order) or a scooter from us – ask a consultant about availability in your city.
