Following a change in the partnership model at Pyszne.pl, thousands of couriers are choosing a fleet partner for the first time. If you’ve been working directly with the platform until now, this is new for you: from now on, the fleet partner will sign a contract with you, settle your deliveries, and pay you. The good news: couriers at Glovo, Wolta, and Uber Eats have been working under this model for years. The bad news: these companies differ from one another more than you might think—and you’re the one signing the contract.
In this guide, you’ll find 7 questions worth asking any fleet partner (including us)—along with a ready-to-use checklist you can copy. An honest company will answer all of them without making excuses.
A fleet partner is a company that formally employs couriers and drivers who work with delivery apps: it signs a contract with them, registers them with ZUS, pays their taxes, processes deliveries, and pays their wages. It often provides equipment, vehicles, and additional benefits as well. You focus on deliveries—the fleet partner handles the paperwork.
Pyszne.pl is transitioning to this model in 2026, and couriers are being migrated in groups to work with fleet partners. We’ve described the details of this change in a separate article: Changes at Pyszne.pl — A New Collaboration Model, and if you’re looking for instructions on how to make the transition, check out the guide: Changing Your Employment Status at Pyszne.pl, Step by Step. Choosing a fleet partner is a financial decision—this company will be handling your money every month. So before you sign a contract, ask the following questions.
The most important question. A fleet partner makes a living from commissions or settlement fees—that’s normal. The problem isn’t the fee itself, but hidden fees.
Ask about: the full list of deductions (commission, administrative fee, fee for more frequent withdrawals, contractual penalties), and whether the rate is fixed or a “promotional introductory rate.”
Red flag: The company is unable or unwilling to demonstrate the calculation using a specific example.
Our response: At Natviol, billing through the end of 2026 is always free. No hidden fees.
In the new model, you earn money for deliveries—which makes cash flow all the more important. Ask about the standard payout schedule and what happens with payouts on holidays and weekends.
Our response: By default, we process payments once a month at no charge. Do you need funds more frequently? Choose weekly payments. Each additional payment within the same month costs 30 zł. You decide which option best fits your budget.
The industry standard for couriers is a contract for services. Check: whether you’re registered with ZUS, who’s making your tax prepayments, whether you’ll receive a PIT-11 form, and how to enroll in voluntary sick leave insurance. Without a sickness insurance contribution, you’re not entitled to benefits, for example, after an injury—this is worth considering when working on the road. If you’re a student under 26, make sure the company is correctly applying the youth tax relief (your take-home pay should be practically equal to your gross pay).
Warning sign: offers of “no contract” or vague answers to the question of who pays the contributions. You’re the one taking the risk of working illegally.
Our response: At Natviol, you work under a contract for specific services, you are registered with ZUS, and we always send the PIT-11 form by the end of February.
When migrating in batches, time is of the essence: the contract and paperwork must be ready before your group’s deadline. Ask directly: “By when do I need to submit the documents so I don’t lose a single day?”
Red flag: The company promises “immediate activation” without verifying your documents—or, conversely, is unable to provide any timeline.
A billing issue, an account freeze, an accident, a question about documents—check to see if there’s a real person on the other end. Ask: What are the hotline’s hours of operation? Can you contact them via instant messenger? Does the company have physical offices, and in what languages do they provide service?
Our response: hotline Mon.–Fri., contact via Telegram, 5 physical offices (Warsaw, Łódź, Bydgoszcz, the Tri-City, Tomaszów Mazowiecki), service available in Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian.
A fleet partner will be handling your money, so credibility is no mere formality. Check: how long they’ve been in business, the scale of their operations, and their registration in the National Court Register (anyone can do this for free at ekrs.ms.gov.pl).
Our response: Natviol has been in business for over 9 years and processes payments for over 50,000 drivers and couriers in more than 250 cities (Natviol Group Sp. z o.o., NIP 5273112864 — feel free to check us out).
Since the basic terms and conditions will be similar across many fleet partners, it’s the specifics that make the difference: a sign-up bonus, equipment, the option to rent a vehicle, health and fitness benefits, a referral program, assistance with residency permits, and the ability to manage multiple apps in one place.
Red flag: The company is unable or unwilling to provide details about its promotions. When deciding on a fleet partner, it’s important to be certain about the benefits associated with the partnership.
Our answer: You’ll find the complete list of Natviol bonuses below.

This is a company that formally employs couriers and app drivers: it signs a contract with them, registers them with ZUS, pays taxes, and pays wages for completed deliveries. The courier works with the app (e.g., Pyszne.pl), while the fleet partner handles the accounting and paperwork.
Following the change in Pyszne.pl’s partnership model, couriers are transitioning to billing through fleet partners—the migration is taking place in batches. Details and timelines are described in the article “Changes at Pyszne.pl—A New Partnership Model.”
It depends on the company—that’s why you should always ask for a complete list of fees and a sample statement. At Natviol, one statement per month is always free. Each additional statement in the same month costs 30 zł. You decide for yourself whether more frequent statements are worth it.
Your fleet partner registers you with ZUS and pays your estimated tax, and at the end of the year issues a PIT-11 form. Students under 26 are eligible for the youth tax credit. It’s also worth considering a voluntary sickness insurance contribution—it entitles you to benefits, for example, after an injury.
That’s right—with Natviol, you can settle deliveries from multiple apps in one place, which simplifies the paperwork and results in a single, transparent bank transfer.
In the new model, you start by choosing a fleet partner and signing a contract of engagement. We’ve described the entire process—requirements, documents, and steps—in the article: Working at Pyszne.pl—How to Become a Courier in the New Model.
