Natviol takes care of the formalities
Contract of mandate with ZUS (Social Insurance Institution) registration, documents, and in-app settlements. Monthly settlements are always free, and you receive a PLN 120 bonus for your first 50 orders.

Pyszne.pl Courier — what does this work look like in the new model?
In 2026, Pyszne.pl changed its cooperation model: you sign a contract not with the platform, but with a fleet partner who settles your deliveries and pays you. For couriers, this means a flexible schedule based on slots—you book the hours you want to drive and earn money for completed deliveries. You can deliver by bicycle, electric bike, scooter, or car. What do you need to start?
The requirements are simple: you must be at least 18 years old, have a smartphone, and a vehicle. If you don’t have one, you can rent an electric bike or scooter from us. When you ride a bike from Natviol, you receive an additional 0.55 PLN surcharge for each delivered order. To sign the contract, please have your ID card or passport, PESEL number, and bank account number ready. Foreigners need proof of legal residence—and if your situation is unclear, we also help with legalizing your stay and work, in Polish, Ukrainian, and Russian. Students under 26 benefit from a discount for young people: net ≈ gross.
How soon will you start delivering?
Getting started takes just a few days: you register in the Natviol panel, sign a contract (remotely or at one of our 5 offices—Warsaw, Łódź, Bydgoszcz, Tricity, Tomaszów Mazowiecki), we register you with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), and you create a Pyszne.pl courier account using the link we’ll email you. You can pick up your thermal bag at our office or we’ll mail it to you. Monthly billing is always free; each additional billing in the same month costs 30 PLN—no hidden fees. For the first 50 orders completed within a month of launch, you’ll receive a 120 PLN bonus.
