Natviol is a company operating in the transport and courier industry since many innovative technological platforms in these fields entered the Polish market.

We are an intermediary between the Driver/ Deliverer and the platform with which the Client works.

When cooperating with us, the customer does not have to worry about the correct settlement of their income, or even more so to establish their own business. We are responsible for the employment and settlement of tax due.

Yes. In connection with the LEX UBER Act, since 01.01.2021, in order to cooperate with us in BOLT, UBER, FREE NOW applications, it is necessary to have an excerpt of the taxi license for the vehicle you drive, as well as (not in all cities) a taxi driver ID.

No. For registration and legal work in courier applications, an ID card is sufficient.

You can conclude an agreement with us at one of our permanent offices, or online via the driver's panel on our homepage.

The hotline is available from Monday to Friday between 8.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m.

Yes. By concluding a contract of mandate with us, you are insured with Social Insurance Institution and get access to health care.

Yes. We have prepared a dedicated referral program for each of our associates. You receive a free settlement for each referred Driver/Courier, and the person you referred receives the first settlement for half the price.

Active referral of Natviol on FB groups / GOOGLE reviews also results in free settlement.

Due to cooperation with companies from many industries, we are able to offer our associates many attractive profits.

Yes, always after the end of the year until the end of February, you receive PIT-11 by email from us.

Yes. If you are a foreigner, in order to work legally in Poland, you must have a legal residence basis in Poland that allows you to take up employment (in particular a valid visa, residence permit, stamp in the passport confirming the procedure of issuing a residence permit, stay within visa-free travel) and be able to work with a particular employer (in particular on the basis of a valid work permit, a declaration of intention to entrust work to a foreigner given by the District Employment Office, an exemption from work permit requirements.

If you are a foreigner who starts cooperation with us, please contact our hotline directly to determine the details of your employment. We make A-type work permits, residence cards, declarations of entrusting work to a foreigner.

We charge you with a fixed commission for the application turnover account (according to your preferences set in the "My data" tab, i.e. weekly/monthly settlement).

Commission - taxi applications:
1) Uber / Bolt/ FREE NOW – 30 PLN
2) Uber+Bolt – 50 PLN
3) Uber+Bolt+ freenow- 50 PLN

Using any one taxi application, the commission is 30 PLN. Using any two taxi applications, the commission is 50 PLN.
Using three taxi applications, the commission is 50 PLN.

Commission - courier applications:

Using any one taxi application, the commission is 30 PLN.
Using any two and more courier applications, the commission is 50 PLN.

Payments are made on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

The transfer depends on the option you have selected in payment request, as well as the application you use.

You can request a payment every week in two dates:

Friday to Sunday until midnight.
Settlement on Tuesday ( Uber - Bolt - Free Now, Uber Eats, Bolt Food )
Tuesday to Wednesday until midnight.
Settlement on Thursday ( Wolt – Glovo –– XpressDelivery, Stuart )
